What customers are required to do for a return

In order for your return or exchange to be processed, you must keep your products in their original packaging and submit a return request to info@yellowlabelorganics.com detailing the reason for your return. You must include photos of the product(s) with your return request email. When your return is approved a return address will be provided to you if required. We cover the return cost of any and all approved returns.

Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refund?

We do not accept returns on used skincare products, however, if your order was damaged upon delivery, or you received the wrong item, simply reach out to us and we'll happily accommodate a store credit or refund for the item(s).

Timeframe in which we accept returns

Returns and refunds will only be provided on any damage or shipping issue if received via refund submission within 72 hours of the delivery date.

When can you expect a refund?

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of refund approval.

SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM (EST). We do not process orders on any holiday that would require our delivery partners to be closed. In most cases, orders are shipped and tracking numbers are provided via email within 48 hours of your purchase.
