Shipping & Returns
We process orders Monday - Friday from 10AM to 5PM (EST). We do not process orders on any holiday that would require our delivery partners to be closed. In most cases, orders are shipped and tracking numbers are provided via email within 24 hours of your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on our skincare products, however, if your order was damaged upon delivery, or you received the wrong item, simply reach out to us and we'll happily accommodate a store credit for the item(s) total order. Any items sold in our store that are physical items, such as lotion spoons or soap dishes, can be returned if unused and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to review and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
We highly encourage you to repurpose or gift any products you don't want, like, or need to help reduce your carbon footprint.
